Okay folks, sorry for the delay.... I do not have a recording available for this session but I am adding the notes here with some suggested followup for all of us...
what came up is Connective Tissue is CONGESTED with “old memories”. It began as unraveling a thread only to become an awareness of not so much a thread but more so fragmented aspects of memories and past experiences all throughout the body’s connective tissue (holographic) as well as the “connective tissue” of the etheric fields. There is obviously congestion throughout the entire “body” of Collective Consciousness but these were the 2 primary aspects/areas that are having the most difficult time adapting and letting go. The reason is at this level of Consciousness it is not so much about letting go as integrating. So we are highlighting “the past” as simply the past, which is always part of us and instead of integrating it into our Current lives we have been mainly either “clinging to” or “fighting” our pasts. This brought up the adrenaline response and how the “first reaction” often creates a sympathetic nervous system response which causes “tension” in our respective bodies, which includes all aspects of physical, emotional, mental, spiritual; individually and collectively. So working with the Kidneys and Nervous System but again at that “Connective Tissue” level “on all levels”.
While watching “Nature” and the birds during this storm it also came to Mind that Terror seems to be a huge component of our Collective Consciousness. We look at storms as something to be afraid of because we, as a species are not as adaptable as the rest of the planet. Animals, plants, are simply part of the natural process of Life and different species adapt and work with their environment. We do not. We see ourselves as something different than nature so we try to control it because we MISUNDERSTAND the True NATURE of ourselves. Hence back to the Connective Tissue theme we began with.
Because we feel disconnected and separate from the Earth, we feel vulnerable to the “elements” and feel we have to control them. We do not understand ourselves and our connection to the elements, and the fact “storms”, “eruptions”, etc… is happening inside our bodies all the time; much like the planet.
Animals feel their connection and can anticipate shifts in their “outer” environment. They tend to gravitate to “safe” places when needed. We have “turned off” our awareness to the antennae in our systems and that is the initial fear we feel. We quit listening and began talking as a species so our verbal communications, while helpful in social situations, became a crutch we used which handicapped us as a species. We became “smarter” and as a result we began to “think” our way out of situations and this lulled us into a “deep sleep” of “intelligence”. We lost our root connections and thus became so “territorial” we go into that “terror” response at any perceived “threat” outside of our “imposed boundaries”.
We lost our roots and our natural awareness of our boundaries so we created more and more filters/walls that isolated us & separated us and put us into categories of this or that instead of this and that collectively harmonizing with ourselves and our environments. Then we began imposing our perspectives on the environment around us including the animals, which we continually try to “humanize” and make our pets. In doing this we lost our own humanity or shut it down as an intensely muted awareness.
We are unconsciously aware of this all the time which is why Fear keeps showing up to try to get us to “Pause” and listen. This brings us back to the breath as came up in previous sessions. To consciously “pause and breathe” when we feel that initial “sense” of Fear. If we can do this more and more frequently we will begin to “normalize” our Nervous Systems so that the parasympathetic nervous system is allowed to do it’s job and maintain our equilibrium and homeostasis until the sympathetic nervous system “is called into action”, interesting these terms came to mind. Much like our national guard who is called into action during an “emergency”. The key is the more we allow this normalization, rather harmonization, the fewer “emergencies” we will have and the more adaptable we will become. This will allow us to restore our reserves in a way that allows us to Be more in the moment and able to address anything, any situation that may come our way without sending us over the edge. If we begin becoming more Aware by breathing into situations, into Life then we will begin the “reparations” for OurSelves, each Other and Our World.
So, to close, for now, as I am getting there will be more “posts” about this session throughout the month. If you would like to optimize the effects of this session and this Time, then there are several things I suggest you do (don’t like to call it homework ).
They are first, remember you are part of this earth and nothing or no one is separate from you, however different it/they appear. In that remembrance, allow yourself to be your unique self. I know this seems to be contradictory to my earlier statement. Try to see it instead as complementary to the first statement. Then you can Be your unique Self realizing you are always Connected.
Next, whenever a “traumatic/panicked” feeling surfaces, breathe into it, acknowledge it and allow whatever information is available to come through. Don’t go “looking” for an answer. Simply, breathe and allow it to come to you. (If you are in a dire situation however, simply breathe and allow yourself to respond effectively to the "emergency" as it arises.)
Then, last but not least, use the ho’oponopono phrase from now until the next New Moon, which is January 30th. It is especially helpful when you are feeling challenged or stressed and a simple breath doesn’t seem to be “working for you”. The phrase is 4 simple sentences, in any order. It is:
I’m sorry, please forgive me, I love you, thank you. You will be amazed at the difference and the more of us who accept this “challenge” the more powerful it will be.
The next New Moon on January 30th will happen online with all of us converging on the phone.
HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!!
