Mantra and quote from session today

What a beautiful session today.  We all know New Moons are about new beginnings  and Full Moons are about  endings and letting go.  Have you ever considered that they go together and are part of the natural order and flow of life?  Tonight was much about release and letting go.  I began with a mantra and a quote.  The quote is from T. S. Elliott and is .... to make an end is to make a beginning.  Perfectly stated don't you think?  Thank you T. S. Elliott.  The mantra I have used for many years and has just resurfaced.  I do not remember where it came from so I will simply say thank you to it's originator.  It is "I am in the Right Place at the Right Time.  Divine Right Action is taking place in my Life."  This is a powerful phrase and if you ever feel "out of time or out of place" simply take a breath and say this phrase, breathing as you finish and if you feel the need to repeat allowing yourself to take another breath before saying it again.  This breath is Life naturally and is much of what T. S. Elliott speaks of in the ending/beginning.  When we breath in, we take in life and when we exhale we let go to life.  Both essential, as well as the pause at either end to allow our bodies to assimilate and flow with Life Fully.  As they say in Yoga, Perfect Breath equals Perfect Health.  I say simply, Life is Breath, breathe it in and breathe it out, much like the ocean waves that come to shore and recede.  Tap into Your Life Essence, the Sensuality, the Divinity that is You!  It is essential we all do this to honor our roles as CoCreator.    Feel free to add any insights you may have and wish to share.  Also, to listen to this session or sessions past go to the playback page and ENJOY!!!!  Namaste'
